The Drive Home
The drive home sucked ass again. The bad part was that I was alone this time. no one to try to keep me up. Even though I was driving in the middle of the day, there were a couple of points where I nodded off but got back up right away. For about an hour and a half, I was on the phone with a friend. towards the end of our call we played a game where she had to guess the artist of the song I was playing in my car. It was easy for me to get it set becuase I just put my iPod on random play on any of the 900 songs that are in it. I got really really sleepy around Paso Robles and Atascadero. Both those cities are withing a half hour of San Luis Obispo. It was so hard to stay awake, but when I got to the top of the grade, a car slowed down wuickly in front of me. I almost rear ended him. That woke me up. I guess that was a good thing becuse going down the grade is very dangerous since they started construction. The lanes are really narrow and I hate those concrete walls right next to the lanes. But I finally made it. I hope I don't have to drive up there alone again.

Computer Repairman
Today I played computer repairman for my brother. I actually did last week. I went to try to fix his computer but I couldn't so I brought it home to SLO. Now I am back and it should be up and running. I drove 4 hours to get all the way up here and spent only 1 hour getting his computer set up. And now I'm gonna drive all the way home. How dedicated I am to my family. I drove 4 hours, spent 1 hour there, and am gonna drive 4 hours back. What a long day. I hope I won't fall asleep on the road.

Okonomiyaki
Last week I went to San Francisco and bought some supplies to make Okonomiyaki. We didn't get around to making it until a week later. But anyways it was sooooo good. For thos of you that don't know, Okonomiyaki is kind of like a pancake/pizza/i don't know what else to compare it to. I'll post some pics up later. Well anyways we mixed up the okonomiyaki flour with some eggs, bacon, sausage, cabbage, corn, noodles, and more fresh egg. It was so good. And after it was cooked on the pan, we put okonomiyaki sauce and Japanese mayonaise, and also fish flakes that look alive because of the heat.
Fireworks
Tonight we saw fireworks at Pismo Beach. The display totally sucked. The firworks burst with seconds of no fireworks in between. Even Disneyland's and the California Angel's small display was better than this.

Bakersfield
Bakersfield. The butt of all jokes. I always chuckle when I hear Bakersfield. There are just too many funny things associated with that city. First of all, there is nothing there. Why would anyone want to go? Secondly, the people from there all want to leave because they say there isn't anything there. Third... I can't think of anyhting, but as Bakersfield being the buttcrack of California. I think that I should add Fresno in there as well. Bakersfield and Fresno, the ass of CA.

Special People
Have you ever had a conversation in which you totally felt like you connected to someone? I had that kind of conversation today while driving a special someone home. Her place is 30 minutes away on the freeway so we had plenty of time to talk about stuff. I think that I really like this girl. The both of us were pretty open with one another. Earlier, I had caught her staring at me while I was looking back at her in the mirror. I waved back at her as she was staring. She was caught by surprise. I hope that she is showing me signs that she likes me and that I'm not just interpreting them wrong.

Cell Phone's Calling
I know it's happened once or twice to us cell phone owners. It's the fact that our phones like to dial out to others in our phone directories while they are in our pants. Tonihgt my friend Patrick didn't know that he called me until I called him. And I know that my phone has called my friend Adam several times and others as well. That's why I try to use the phone lock feature if I stick the phone in my pants. Another time someone's phone called me, but it left a message of his dinner and conversation with others.

Random Facts
If a Police Car, Fire Truck, Ambulance, and a Postal Truck, came to an intersection the Postal Truck would have the right of way as a mandate of law by the U.S. Congress. Nothing can block the mail from going through. All of the others are only covered by municipal governments.
There is regualrly scheduled Sunday mail service in Alta Loma, CA. The town is mostly Seventh Day Adventists and they don't do anyhting on Saturday. So, us normal people get Saturday service, but these wierd people get their Sunday.

23 cents
MCI keeps sending me a bill for 23 cents. This is the third time that I have received it. What i don't understand is that I have been paying my MCI bills in conjunction with my Pacific Bell bills because both bills are on the same bill. I guess I've paid over $50 to MCI through PacBell, but why haven't they proces that 23 cents. I don't even want to write a check out and then put it in an envelope and pay 37 cents to send it. Postage costs more than the damn bill, plus the cost of the check on top of that. Why can't they get their shit straight.
