Me vs. The George Foreman Grill
I love my Georgr Forman Grill cause it is so easy to use, but today mine attacked me. I was cookign up some sirloin steak to eat for dinner and to take to work, but right as i got done, I was wiping it down, and bam1 It got me right on the thumb. It burned me. Right now I can see the line where my flesh was cooked. It hurts quite a bit and it looks liek that it's gonna swell up later. But I showed that machine who was boss and unplugged it.

Cars are Expensive
My car has been costing me a lot of trouble and money recently. Today I got a new battery for it from Sears. They didn't have any cheap ones so I had to buy a high grade one for $64.48. And then I had to go get a new tire for my front passenger side for which I had a flat a while ago. That cost $57.80. And then I have to pay the registration which is $98. And on top of the my insurance is due, about $300. Man, I can't keep up. I wish we had a better mas transit system here like they have in Japan and Europe, where one can live without a car.

50 State Quarters Theory
I think that the 50 states commemorative quarters are just a ploy to get money out of circulation. The money that is taken out of circulation causes the value of the money out there to go up. People would naturally want to collect all 50 quarters, but it will take them 10 years to do so because only 5 are being released each year. And because there are 2 mints producing the coins, Denver and Philadelphia, people will want to collect one of each. That is 50 states * 2 mints * 0.25 = $25 taken out of circulation. And who knows how many people are out there collecting. There are also people making money on this by selling those folders that you stick the quarters in. The idea of putting all 50 states onto quarters was cool, but the idea to make the value of money go higher is very sneaky.

Hot, Hot, Hot!
I hate the heat. I can't sleep tonight becuase it is hot. I hate the fact that even if you take all of your clothes off, you are still hot. I prefer the cold where you can regulate your temperature by what you wear. At least here on the Central Coast the heat isn't like it is in the valley. In the valley the heat goes on for weeks. Here in SLO it thankfully lasts only a couple days.
