Flight Attendant Posse
While eating dinner last night at Andale in the International Terminal of San Francisco Airport, my crew and I saw a whole throng of flight attendants walking by with their crew. It must be really different with a crew on a big airplane and on international flights. This was a Lufthansa crew and since they were an international flight, they require two crews, a main crew, and a releif crew. It was pretty cool seing their captain walking by with all of the other pilots and flight attendants with their yellow scarves walking behind them. It almost makes me want to be part of that crowd, but I do like my position right now as being the only person on the plane.

Hotel Messed Up
Freakin airport Holiday Inn. I flew in at about 9:15pm tonight expecting to check into my room at the hotel right across the street. Instead I get there and they don't have a reservation for me and tell me that they are overbooked by three. first of all, no hotel should ever be overbooked at 10:00pm. Procedure states that if one is overbooked, they resolve the situation by "walking" (setting up at another hotel at no expense or a the same rate) guests as early as possible. But anyways my beef was that they didn't have my reservation.
I did have one for the week before and actually walked in at about 2:00pm and asked the person at the desk to change it to this week. But it looks like he just straight up canceled it.
So the front desk people called around and the cheapest rate they could find for me was $59 which was way out of my budget. It was more than I made that day. They told me that I could wait until midnight for a room. The last flight came into the airport at midnight so after that, they would be sure if they had rooms or not. So I went out to my car to eat the food I had just bought. while I was eating, I decided to work the system. I had worked at a Holiday Inn brand hotel for 3 years so I knew how. I called the Platinum Member line and told them the problem. Since a case was opened up, the hotel is gonna need to pay a $75 fine. They told me to go ahead and go to the other hotel and stay there and fax the receipt so that I can get reimbursed. Pretty cool deal. I get a room and get reimburesed, and make sure that that hotel doesn't ever treat a "Platinum" guest like this again.

Strip Club
Today I went to a strip club for the first time. It was pretty cool and not like I expected. The girls there were pretty professional and most were very beautiful. One time there was this stripper named Heaven; and she gave me a very good dance. Most of the men in the bar were pretty jealous and it was the common consensus that I had the best one. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be either. One could get by with spending under $15 with the entrance and some beer. It's pretty funny how if you pay with a large bill, your change comes back all in $1 bills. Our schedule has us coming here two more times this month.
