Getting Respect
Today when I flew into SLO, we all went inside to eat. I had called Fuminori to get me some food from Burger King. He misunderstood and came to the airport at 4:15 instead of 4:50pm. He had to wait a while for me to come. But anyways I got my food, and my crew was buying theirs. We went to the sitting area to eat and there was this flight attendant there. She was a United flight attendant who started working for Pan Am back in the 70's. She was telling me how lucky I was to be with Skywest and how I was in a better position than she is being the only one on the aircaraft and to working with such a great company. She was quite different form the other grandma's that were dogging me in LA because I was in line at McDonald's. I, myself, have new respect for those I thought were all snotty bitches!

Sleeping in my Car Agian
I'm gonna sleep in my car for the 3rd time this month. I'm going to try a 3rd position tonight. This tile I will sleep with my head in the trunk and my legs sticking out into the back seat of my car. The last time I just slept in the back seat. The time before that I slept with my feet in the trunk. It's really not that cold in the car. But I do have 2 blankets, a sleeping bag, and 3 pillows. I'll see how it goes. I'm headed out there now.

Old Man Playing New GameBoy
While flying last night I noticed this glow coming from one of the seats on the aircraft. As I walked to the back of the aircraft to prepare for my service, I looked over and saw her was playing a gameboy. While I was doing my service, I saw that he was playing Super Mario World. The man must have been 60 or 70, and that game needs some nimble fingers to play it. Kudos to you Grandpa!
