Calling in Sick Again
It's been almost a week since I came down with this flu. I had to call in sick again for my trip tomorrow. I don't think I will be able to do this weekend trip. I really wanted to do this because it has the Calgary over night. I had missed the one last week, too. But I do know that I need to get better because I have another trip going out of san Luis Obispo on monday. A couple friend of mine that had the flu are stil coughing even after 3 weeks. I hope I get over this soon. This also sucks because I am missing out on so many hours of work. Which means a smaller paycheck and less fun for me. :(

No Shower
Man. I haven't showered in like 4 days. Don't come to conclusions yet. It was because I have been sick with the flu. I've been in bed the whole time. Well, not exactly the whole time. I had to get up and use the bathroom, too. And before you start thinking I haven't been changing my clothes, yes I have! I feel a little icky though because I have been sweating also, but I don't think I could stand long enough to take a shower. Hopefully tomorrow I wil have enough energy to take a shower.

Emergency Room
I haven't been feeling too well for the last 2 days. And today I had a high fever so my mom took me to the hospital. A lot of people were sitting there waiting. I think some had been waiting for hours, but because my mom had worked there for 23 years and knew a lot of people, we we kind of served first and allowed to wait inside a room and not outside with all the other sick people. It's kind of nice to get preferential treatment. Anyways I was told that I have the flu and that I shouldn't work for 3-5 days, which sucks because I like working and plus I want to pay too. I hope I get better soon. Hopfully I will be better by thursday so I don't have to miss work.
