Christmas Burger
Here I am enjoying my christmas hamburger here in Winnipeg. I wanted to go to this steak place behind the hotel, but they were closed for the holiday. One can get Filet Mignon there for $12 Canadian. That's like $9 US out the door. You can go wrong with that. But since I couldn't go, I just went ahead with room service. I guess it's a Canadian thing, but instead of ketchup, they add gravy as a condiment to their french fries.

Screaming Baby
I'm so glad I am home. That last flight gave me such a headache. I wasn't the only one that had a headache that flight. There was this baby in the 4th row that was screaming for the entire 2 hour Denver to Fresno flight. It was horrible. People were looking at me and gave me that look like, "Please do something." There's nothing I can do. I do know what the problem was. This kid was a lapchild, and his mom did have him on her lap, but he really wanted to get off and move around. She just held him there. I gave her the suggestion that he might have wanted to walk around and she could get up after I go past with my cart, but she just sat there and held him. I tried to give him cookies to quiet him down, but it still didn't work. I had my earplugs in and hoped that people wouldn't ask for them because I didn't have enough. I'm glad that i could move around the aircraft and away from that kid. His screams we ear piercing when you were right there. Some people also asked if I had some Benadryl or something so tha tI could put that kid out. But some Southwest employee did that before. I don't want to get fired like they did.
